RESERVING A STAND
Once you have invited an Exhibitor to join your event, they can confirm their attendance and browse your exhibition floor plan to reserve a stand.
Organisers can upload their floor plan with stand pricing and mark when they have been paid.
Expo allows you to load documents to the exhibitor portal which can be marked for the to:

Exhibitors can upload their documents including insurances and risk assesments etc. Uploaded documents show in the organisers admin portal.
Exhibitors can simply register their stand staff from their portal. Staff can be registered or edited right up to the beginning of the event.
If access to an Awards dinner or Hotel is included as part of an exhibitor package then details can also be recorded at the point of their registration.
Security allows you to stop registrations if no stand has been booked.
Exhibitors can set up their 'Lead Capture' application in their portal. This includes setting up categories / interests, automatic response emails and marketing notifications.
If your exhibitors have been using the Expo Voting app then they can see their own results in the voting summary page in realtime throughout the event.
Expo has the functionality to add a link button to the Exhibitor Profile pointing them to another web page, this can be used to take exhibitors back to your event web page or to your furniture rental suppliers order page.
