We can offer training to all of your staff on how to get the best our of your Expo solution.
For smaller events, we can run training session at our offices in Oxfordshire or come to your offices where necessary.
For larger events, our support teams can offer on-site training for your event team and exhibitors when required.
TECHNICAL SETUP & SUPPORT
Prior to your event, our support team will be on hand to ensure that your system is setup exactly how you need it to work and support you with any issues you have with importing data etc.
If you require a technical solution from Expo, our technicians are able to be on site during the build days to ensure everything is setup correctly and is working as expected.
For smaller events where there is no demand for on-site support, our technical helpdesk is open during office hours to answer your calls and help where required. Out of hours telephone support can be arranged if you need us outside of these times.
For larger, or more technical events, our on-site events team can be available to ensure that any issues are dealt with immediately without you having to take your mind off of running your event. The team can assist with set-up, training and technical support issues from the start to the successful completion of your event.
